Nayef Al Shamsi is Chairman of Swift Audit & Advisory. He is ACCA qualified and a member of the Emirates Association for Accountants and Auditors, and holds a Master of Science in Accounting from Leeds Beckett University.
He brings over fifteen years of professional experience in finance and accounting across UAE and international practice. His technical background covers IFRS, International Standards on Auditing and UAE taxation.
Over that time he has managed complex audit engagements, financial operations and regulatory requirements for organisations of varying size and structure, with a consistent emphasis on transparency and operational efficiency.
Arwa Naccho is Managing Partner of Swift Audit & Advisory. She holds an Executive MBA in business analytics, management and innovation from Hult International Business School, and brings over a decade of leadership and strategic management experience.
She sets the direction for the firm's growth and its investment in new capability, including the use of data analytics to open new markets and sharpen how the firm advises its clients.
Her focus is on decision-making built on evidence, and on keeping a professional services firm agile enough to move as client needs change.
Omar Ghunaim is Assurance and Operation Manager at Swift Audit & Advisory. He holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Gloucestershire in the United Kingdom.
He spent seven years in external audit, first with PwC in Saudi Arabia and then Deloitte in the UAE, followed by three years in in-house internal audit in the UAE covering both operational and financial reviews.
That combination gives him a view from both sides of an engagement. He knows what auditors look for, and he knows what it takes to produce it from inside a working finance function.
