Role Overview:

We’re looking for a proactive and commercially driven Business Development Manager to join our Dubai office. You’ll be responsible for expanding our SME client base, nurturing relationships, and actively promoting our audit and tax services in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the monthly sales team and performance, ensuring all reports are accurate, timely, and aligned with revenue targets.
  • Generate and convert qualified leads through outbound strategies, including LinkedIn outreach, networking, calls, and community engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, corporates, and community organizations to drive new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and provide ongoing intelligence on competitor positioning, pricing, and emerging client needs.
  • Collaborate closely with audit, tax, and advisory teams to design tailored proposals and pitch decks that meet market demand.
  • Monitor UAE tax and VAT regulations to ensure compliance and identify new areas for growth.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and CRM discipline, ensuring all leads, follow-ups, and conversions are consistently tracked and updated.
  • Represent Swift at client meetings, industry events, and partnership discussions to strengthen visibility and market presence.
  • Support the development of marketing and communication initiatives aligned with Swift’s growth strategy.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of business development processes, ensuring accountability and measurable performance.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B business development in the UAE
  • Background in audit, tax, consulting, or corporate services is a strong plus
  • Fluent in English & Arabic (written and spoken)
  • Confident communicator with strong presentation and follow-up skills
  • CRM proficiency (HubSpot or similar tools)
  • UAE driving license required
  • Familiarity with Abu Dhabi SME landscape is a plus
  • Available to join immediately
