We are seeking a qualified Human Resources Officer for a full-time, on-site role for our group of companies located in Dubai. The Human Resources Officer will handle daily HR operations, including the development and implementation of HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. The role involves drafting and refining job descriptions, overseeing employee records, and contributing to a positive organizational culture. The officer will work closely with leadership to support workforce planning and HR strategy.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of HR experience in the UAE
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies.
- Strong knowledge of Employee Relations and ability to manage interpersonal workplace dynamics effectively.
- Experience in Job Description Development and optimizing role clarity within an organization.
- Experience working in a group of companies is an advantage
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and company policies
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred.
