Swift appoints Arwa Naccho as managing partner for Dubai

UAE-focused audit and consulting firm Swift has appointed Arwa Naccho as managing partner of its freshly launched Dubai business.

Arriving at the firm with over a dozen years of experience in the GCC, Arwa Naccho has been tasked with spearheading Swift’s entry into the Dubai market and expanding the firm’s clientele on the ground.

Naccho brings a background in consulting and the education sector to Swift, with extensive expertise in strategy, growth, performance improvement, leading teams, and partnership development.

Headquartered in Abu Dhabi, Swift has since its inception in 2017 grown into a 40-person team comprising auditors, accountants, management consultants, and financial advisors. The company serves over 800 clients of all sizes, from startups and mid-sized businesses through to multinational groups.
